Calling All Meerkat Lovers - GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED - Winner picked and announced.


We're regulars, Aaron and I, at Paradise Wildlife Park, and one of the things we LOVE there is the Meerkats!  They are as cute in the flesh as they are on the TV adverts.

 It may have escaped you, that there is a new Meerkat in town - Baby Oleg.  He's creating quite a storm on You Tube.  My favourite Meerkat You Tube video has to be their rendition of Coronation Street's theme tune :-) sorry Oleg...

But seriously though look how incredibly CUTE he is:



If you don't want to enter this prize draw (more about that to follow) then you can adopt your own Baby Oleg here or simply go there to find out more about his story.  He even has a blog "Baby Oleg diary" which is quite entertaining to say the least!
This is the reason (below) we all started our blogs isn't it ;-)

So, about the prize... it is the FULL SET so you get all six of the Meerkat characters AND Baby Oleg.  Here are their names:

So over to the Prize Draw:  If you are a UK resident, it's *simples*.... all you have to do is leave a comment below (compulsory) via Rafflecopter (as it states on Rafflecopter the comment must state which of the Baby Oleg videos is your favourite and for extra entries via Rafflecopter simply tweet out this prize draw, and follow me on Twitter.  I don't want to exclude people who are not on Twitter so those entries will not be compulsory.    It's my 1st time using Rafflecopter - wish me luck. Closing date for entries: 08/02/14 00:00 a.m. The winner will be contacted that weekend, and the promoter, Compare the Market will then dispatch the prize.  There is ONE complete set of Meerkat toys available.

    They would definitely go to a good home here!! My 3 are absolutely obsessed with the meerkats and are always asking if we can get more insurance (they don't even know what that means!!) to get them! This would be their dream come true if they turned up :) The bedtime video is very cute!!

    I think the Christmas video is the best.

    Agree about the meerkats at Paradise Wildlife Park. I went to one of their 'be a zookeeper for a day' events. It was cold and hard work. However, I really enjoyed it and loved spending some time with the meerkats.

    They wouldn't let me go and play with the cheetahs :-( I suppose it would look bad if a vistor was eaten by thw Cheetahs but I do love them.
