Hi
This is the year that us Mums pull together via Mumentum to lose weight, feel our best and look our best.
A stressful December saw to it that I have entered 2012 a super 4 kg lighter and it has given me the kickstart into the new year that I needed.
I hope I can go some way to giving YOU a kickstart.

We are a nice group. It was medium sized at one point but then I got a little erratic and it all fell away, but this is the year for us all to be consistent and committed, to our health and each other.
I am enjoying my jeans feeling looser so I don't want to do anything to jeopardise that. Losing weight for me, is all about feeling more mobile and energetic so that I can play with Aaron easily, and get my self confidence back. I am also hoping that if I lose enough off my waist and tummy, the c-section LEDGE might disappear too. I can dream can't I?
The area between my bust and waist is now nipping in nicely - that seems to be where the 4 kg mainly came from, which was a very nice place for the weight to disappear. Makes me stand straighter and tall so that I can feel the difference. It feels NICE!

I am still wearing my size 18 jeans but I reckon I ought to try my 16s on one of these days :-)
My ideal size is a size 12, as I am 5 ' 7'' and size 12 suits me. Not that I have been there in a long time, but what I am trying to say is I am not aiming for size 0. Nor am I aiming for anything crazy like an 8 or a 10. For my height and my frame, a size 12 suits me and that is my ideal - I want to get there this year, BEFORE the sun shines!
