I am delighted to say that my Talk Talk post has been published. I am officially a new Guest Blogger over at the Talk Talk blog.
I am a Talk Talk customer, but it kinda began with me taking a keen interest in HomeSafe (online security that protects your kids while they surf the net) at Blog Camp on 12th May, because online security genuinely concerns me. Talk Talk gave a talk during Blog Camp and my ears pricked up, and I asked a couple of questions. HomeSafe had launched that same week.
As I am quite good at taking minutes (being a HR Manager and all) I had taken quite detailed notes which resulted in this post which was a good summary of the day. I don't know if it was the post or all my tweeting that grabbed Talk Talk's attention, but to cut a long story short, I became a Guest Blogger and now have Talk Talk as my Sponsors for Cybermummy.
I never expected any of this, hence the subject heading.... Clearly I am not complaining - I am ecstatic!
I was one very proud blogger when I saw my Guest Post go live today, and rather appropriately, it was about HomeSafe and Blog Camp, which means everything came full circle. Watch this space to see what I write about next.
