I've been narked by all of the mentions of Autumn across social media, as it is not Autumn in our house. Quite frankly I don't want Summer to end.
Yes there was a day or two in August where I needed to put the heating on, but not so in September.
It's been glorious. The month progressing didn't put a stop to it either.
Yesterday was the 28th and still, great weather; in fact, 23 degrees!
So, Aaron was straight outside in his pyjamas.
With the current weather, it's a great time for playing in the garden. We've even brought some indoor toys out, like our Mega Bloks cars.
The skittles above are PERFECT for outdoors, and were sent to us by Pizza Hut UK. We enjoyed a meal there recently: Saturday night with a 4 year old at Pizza Hut. I particularly enjoy them as I was on the ten pin bowling team at University. Daddy says it takes too long to stand them up for one second's fun, but I just get Aaron to pass them all to me, so I only have to configure them, which I have taught Aaron to do too. He knows it's 4, then 3, then 2, then 1, and that they together make a triangle. Bless!
I've even taught him how to shout STRIKE if he gets them all down:
Yes, I know, he's *ouch* a little LOUD..................
In fact, September has been so glorious, I've eaten quite a few salads - perfect place for THAT if you are out and about is Pizza Hut with their unlimited Salad Bar!

ReplyDeleteWe love going to Pizza Hut, it's great for the kids because they do something that for everyone. My personal favourite at the moment is anything with BBQ sauce, but I do always like a good Hawaiian as well :)
